'Pimped Out Claims Are Total Nonsense': Lindsay Lohan Denies 'Dating Rich Men For Money'

Reps for star deny claims she's 'getting paid to date rich men'

Claims by Lindsay Lohan's father Michael, who has reportedly accused his ex wife Dina of “pimping out” the 'The Canyons' actress, saying she is “getting paid to date rich men”, have been denied by reps for the star. 

A representative for Lindsay told EntertainmentWise that the claims, made by Star magazine are "false" and "total nonsense".

The 26 year-old, who is currently faced criminal prosecution in both Los Angeles and New York, hasn't had the easiest few months and now her estranged father reportedly claims she is making money through dating.

He reportedly told US Star magazine: “She is getting paid to date rich men."

“Dina (Lindsay’s mother) is pimping her out – it’s disgusting!”

Michael has since claimed he was mis-quoted by the magazine.

"Absolutely NOT! I would never say anything like that!" Michael said in statement.

"All I DID say when I was arguing with Dina was that Dina was acting like a pimp for allowing and going with Lindsay to an event/personal appearance for money, just so Dina could get her cut!" Lohan added.

"It's like pimping Lindsay out so Dina can make money! They twisted everything to make it look like I said that! Notice that they said the pimp part BUT then a 'source' said the rest!"

The actress spent the New Year in London, with her party trip to the UK reportedly paid for by the third in line of the throne of Brunei, Prince Haji Abdul Azim. Though it has not been confirmed, RadarOnline claim Lilo was paid $100,000 to join the Prince for the holiday.

While being paid to party my help her financial woes, they can't help the redhead's on-going legal battles. Yesterday the star, who did not appear in court, pleaded not guilty to three charges relating to a car accident last June in California.

Lawyer Shawn Holley, who was reportedly sacked by the actress, entered the plea on her behalf and according to TMZ when asked by the judge if she was still representing the star, said: "At this point, yes."

Before assuring the judge: "The representation issue will be nailed down."

A pre-trial date of January 30 was set relating to the traffic accident charges.
