As the divorce battle between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries rages on, it has now been alleged that Kris' lawyers are requesting to see the raw footage of the reality TV shows he appeared on with Kim Kardashian before their split.
According to Radar Online, footage and information has been requested from the show's production companies: Bunim-Murray Productions, Ryan Seacrest Productions and E! Entertainment Productions.
But as nothing has been handed over ot Kris' legal team, court documents - reportedly obtained by the gossip site - have now questioned whether the production executives have anything to "hide".

An exert from the documents allegedly read: "Indeed, if as Ms. Wasser (Kim's lawyer) asserts there really is 'no evidentiary support' to support Humphries claims, why don’t they just give us the access we want? What are they hiding? What is there in the raw footage of this televised courtship, 72 day marriage and resultant breakup that they are so afraid of us discovering?”
It is thought that Kris wants to prove that he was deceived into marrying Kim due to her deal to broadcast the wedding.
The court documents have also apparently stated that Kris won't be able to sit in on the proceedings until May or June this year. Citing work commitments for the reason, the document read:
"Humphries is entitled to be present at Kardashian’s deposition, and due to Humphries work schedule he is unavailable until mid-May or June."
Another report - via TMZ - has accused Kim of using her pregnany to speed up the divorce proceedings.
A rep for Kim has been approached for comment.
