Khloe Kardashian has claimed her sister Kim “just wants to move on” from her divorce with Kris Humphries and is “so happy” with her life with new beau and baby daddy Kanye West.

Despite splitting from the NBA star over 16 months ago in October 2011, the couple are still locked in a bitter divorce battle, that Khloe claims her older sister just wants to “put behind her.”

The 28 year-old ET Online: "Honestly, she is so happy with her life right now, she just wants to put this behind her and move on,"

It's not the first time the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has blasted her former brother-in-law, only a week ago she blasted the Brooklyn Nets star as “fame hungry”.

She said during an interview with Watch What Happens Live: "I don't know why he's asking for anything - he got married just like she got married. He's fame hungry, in my opinion, and wants money."

Humphries has reportedly refused to settle for a divorce and wants the marriage annulled on the grounds of fraud. He claims the 32 year-old only married him for TV ratings rather than love, an accusation Kim fiercely denies.

The Reality TV star announced she was expecting a baby with her boyfriend Kanye West and last month pleaded to have the case settled quickly due to her pregnancy. In a declaration filed on January 24, in Los Angeles Superior Court Kim claimed the divorce was causing her unneeded stress.

"I do not want to be married to [Humphries] when I have my baby,"she said in the document, according to E! News.

"Immediately upon it becoming known to the public that I was pregnant ... I began to see articles in the media with quotes attributed to [Humphries] stating that now that I am pregnant he has 'got all the power.'

"'That he is in control of my misery' and that he is not going 'to allow' me to be divorced by the time I have my baby.

"I am requesting the status of my marriage be determined now for not only my health and welfare but also for the health and well-being of my unborn child," she added.

"I firmly believe that an immediate dissolution of our marriage will help create a new, full life for me. One chapter will be officially over, and a new one can begin. The same should hold true for [Humphries]."
