Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart 'Doing Fine' After Six Week Separation

Don't worry 'Robsten' fans this pair are in it for the long haul

Robert Pattinson's been in Australia since mid-January filming new movie 'The Rover' and despite rumours that his girlfriend Kristen Stewart would be heading down under for a visit, the actress has yet to jet out to see him leading to a string of rumours that they're going through a “trial separation”.

But if you're a fan of the couple, don't fear as according to the insiders the rumours the couple have hit the rocks are untrue with Rob asking Kristen not to visit because he's concentrating on his work.

“He has been working really hard on this movie,” a source told Omg! Yahoo, with Kristen reportedly waiting until Rob gets back from the nine week shoot before seeing him again.

The source was also quick to deny Rob was out partying with other women, after snaps of the hunk posing with fans made it onto social networking sites.

They added: “He’s not out partying, there isn’t a trial separation. They are doing just fine.”

Rob himself has insisted that he has been leading quite a boring life since arriving in Oz and has been satisfying himself with TV box sets of some of Britain’s most beloved comedies. He recently told the MailOnline: "It is great filming in Australia - but they are such long days I just chill out at night.

"I know The Hollywood thing is to say that I have been out partying and at all these cool parties - but it just wouldn't be true. I get home after filming and just watch TV online. It is episodes of Only Fools And Horses and Fawlty Towers that keep me going in the evening."

Rob and Kristen's romance has been prone to split rumours since the actress cheated on her 'Twilight' lover last summer with director Rupert Sanders. The couple reportedly briefly split, but got back together after Rob realised he “couldn't live without her,” The Sun reported in September last year.
