She is one of the sexiest, funniest and in-demand actresses of her generation - so why is Mila Kunis so worried that she may not be around in 10 years time?
In what might seem like a mad statement to make, the gorgeous brunette, who can also boast Ashton Kutcher on her arm, thinks that Hollywood might be a struggle for her once the big Four Oh starts to approach.
We're not sure that the likes of Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet and Angelina Jolie (40, 37 and 38 respectively) would have to say about that as their careers don't seem to be doing too badly, but Mila is adamant the roles start the dry up the older you get, especially for women.
Speaking to actor James Franco - who she is currently starring alongside in Oz The Great And Powerful - in a special interview for Playboy magazine she said: "There's a documentary you should see called Searching for Debra Winger, about how this industry affects women in their 30s. Realistically speaking, it's hard.
"I think you have to choose. Do you want to have a life, or do you want to have a career? Sometimes you can find a happy medium, but in this industry it's rare... You have to choose: privacy or career."
Kunis, who is only 29, said she admires older actresses such as Meryl Streep but doesn't think she will have a long career like them and added: "If I'm lucky enough to have a career remotely close to hers, great. If I'm not, I'm not going with the expectation of having one, because that will ultimately slow me down."
And she hasn't ruled out settling down and becoming a full-time hands-on mum and said: "I want to be a present mum. When I was growing up both my mum and dad worked full-time in one location. I'm never in the same place for more than two months. How am I ever going to have a family like that?
"You have to make compromises. If that means I do one movie a year, if people still want to see me and hire me and I don't suck by that point, great. But my only source of happiness can't be can't be dependent on something so fickle. And I find this industry to be incredibly fickle."
Oz The Great And Powerful is out on March 8th and you can watch a trailer here:
