Justin Bieber Cancels Portugal Tour Date Due To 'Slow Ticket Sales'?

And thanks Will Smith for 'great talk'

By On

Justin Bieber has cancelled an upcoming tour date in Lisbon, Portugal.

The star was due to play the enormous Pavilhao Atlantico on Monday and Tuesday, March 11 and 12, but has scrapped the latter due to "unforeseen circumstances".

Online rumours suggest the reason was "slow ticket sales", though this is not confirmed.

A notice on the venue's official site reads: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second performance in Portugal, March 12.

"The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on March 11. Holders Ticket valid for March 12 should contact the respective place of purchase to receive a refund within 30 days of the date of the scheduled concert, which ends April 11. (sic)"

Bieber has had a dramatic week in London. On Monday he was reportedly two hours late onto the stage, and on Thursday he had to be rushed off due to breathing difficulties.

On Friday he got into a scrap with a British photographer, threatening to "f**king beat the s**t" out of him, and he was also bizarrely spotted wearing a gas mask a couple of times during his stint in the country.

Celebs like Louis Tomlinson and Joey Essex have sided with him in his ongoing war of words against British newspapers, and it would seem he's also had a "great talk" with Will Smith.

He wrote on Twitter yesterday: "love to big man Will Smith for the great talk yesterday. We know the truth and we must stand tall. Love u man! thanks! (sic)"
