Kim Kardashian has won a major battle in her on going divorce battle with Kris Humphries, ahead of their divorce court head to head next month, with a judge denying the NBA star access to her various email accounts.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's lawyer Laura Wasser headed to court earlier this week to block the 28 year-old gaining access to certain email accounts, belonging to the star which have been closed, TMZ reports.
A hearing over the access to the accounts was meant to be May 2, just a few days ahead of the trial, but the judge refused to hear the case early, meaning even if Kris wins the right to see the private emails, as it will take 10 days to process, he won't get his hands on the evidence until after the divorce trial, set to begin on May 6, has finished.

But what could be in the email accounts that Kim doesn't want Kris or the court seeing?
A recent story, rubbished by Kim's rep as "ridiculous," claimed Kris had evidence the curvaceous brunette was cheating with the rapper, who is now expecting a baby with the reality TV star, while the couple were engaged.
A source told Star magazine: “Kris found out that Kim was cheating with Kanye West while they were engaged.
“Kris is ready to blow the lid off of all of Kim’s lies and reveal who she really is,” they added.
While it's unknown exactly whether Kim will be accused of cheating with Kanye on Kris, Amber Rose, the rapper's former flame has said in the past the pair were hooking up when she was with the Watch The Throne star.
"Kim is one of the main reasons why me and Kanye are not together. She's a homewrecker," she previously told Star magazine.
Referring to Kim's then boyfriend Reggie Bush, she went on: "They were both cheating. They were both cheating on me and Reggie with each other."
