One Direction are rumoured to be lining up a one-off TV special, to be broadcast this Christmas to coincide with the release of their next album.
Directioners could be ringing in Christmas with Harry, Zayn, Niall, Louis and Liam with ITV reportedly planning 'An Audience With One Direction'.
The familiar format has previously seen the likes of Take That, The Spice Girls and Michael Buble hosting their own shows in front of a live audience made up of fans and celeb guests. If the show gets the thumbs up the boys would sing a selection of tunes on the TV special as well as answering audience questions.

According to insiders at ITV, the group are in negotiations with the channel to film the programme later this year, with the hopes it would be broadcast around the time of this year's X Factor final:
“The plan is to do a big ITV special to promote the album in December. The boys would perform, do sketches and answer questions from famous pals in the audience," an insider tells the Daily Star on Sunday.
“One suggestion being touted is for it to air on prime-time Saturday night directly after the X Factor final, which they could very well perform on.”
Last week Louis Tomlinson confirmed that the boy's third studio album would be out later this year, revealing "We've been writing and recording it while on tour. We are really happy with it. We don't want to rush it but it will be out for Christmas."
