Taylor Swift is recently said to have increased her security detail and it may have been a wise choice after a fan was reportedly arrested by police at the singer's concert over the weekend for allegedly sending threatening messages to the star and branding her “satan” on a series of posters.

The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer entertained 57,000 fans at the Heinz Field arena in Pittsburgh on Saturday and while her performance went without a hitch for the most part, there was one fan who was intent on causing havoc, following what appears to be an ongoing campaign against the star.

According to Pittsburgh's CBS Local, 28-year-old Joseph Jackson arrived at the concert carrying posters with various messages for the singer including “I luv you,” and “Taylor Swift is with satan,” while also sending threats via Facebook. Once security saw the nasty messages, Jackson was reportedly removed from his seat and taken into police custody.

Police state that when they questioned him over the Facebook threats, he became agitated and told the officers: “Taylor Swift is Satan and that 6,000 years is six days and death comes on the sixth day, so Taylor Swift is in danger.”

No weapons were found in Jackson's possession at the time of arrest and he was taken to a jail where he will reportedly undergo a mental health evaluation, it has been reported.

Taylor, 23, was recently said to have upped her security detail after a stranger approached her Rhode Island property recently. The country star is said to have erected several signs around her mansion with the message: “I knew you were trouble when you walked in. No trespassers.”
