The Descendants actress Shailene Woodley has been getting a few hot tips from Oscar winner actress Jennifer Lawrence on how to stay focused about committing to a big movie role. The 21-year-old American was worried about signing on to the Divergent series, set in the dystopian future like The Hunger Games.

But good old Lawrence was truthfully honest and gave her some great advice.

"I have still yet to meet Jennifer in the flesh, but I had a slight interaction with her where I asked her about Hunger Games and what it was like, and her life and how much it has changed," Shailene told Vanity Fair last week.

Adding, "It was nice asking someone who has been through the process and is kind of seasoned in the young adult franchise. She gave me really beautiful advice and said that I should definitely take it.”

Woodley said the Hunger Games star told her, “It will be the best thing that ever happened. But don’t be an idiot, do a sex tape, [or] do drugs. And go to Whole Foods when your movie opens.” - Good stuff Miss Lawrence!

Meanwhile, a brand new trailer for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has been released. The clip was showed at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday where fans were teased with a scene showing Jennifer Lawrence and co-star Liam Hemsworth share a kiss.

With the original cast members returning to reprise their roles in the follow-up film, fellow cast member Woody Harrelson is heard in the short teaser saying, “Last year was child’s play, this year you’re dealing with all-experienced killers.”
