'Blow Me': Blake Shelton Lashes Out At Westboro Baptist Church Following Criticism Of Marriage To Miranda Lambert

The country star has also become a target for supporting gay rights

Blake Shelton clearly doesn't hesitate to speak his mind with the country star lashing out at the highly controversial Westboro Baptist Church after they publicly chastised the singer for his “vulgar and adulterous” marriage to Miranda Lambert, telling them with such class to “blow me.”

The 37-year-old singer joined the likes of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and One Direction last month when the WBC threatened to picket his concert in Kansas City on October 3 after accusing him of “adultery” over his divorce from Kaynette Williams and later marriage to fellow country singer Miranda, describing Blake as a “vulgar adulterer.”

After enduring the Church's hateful words, Blake had a few things to say back in retaliation this week, and it wasn't pretty. TMZ caught up with the 'Sure Be Cool If You Did' hitmaker, who has clocked up countless number ones on the US Billboard Country chart, leaving Usher's 35th birthday party in West Hollywood this week when the reporters asked if he has any words for the WBC, to which he replied: “Blow me, yeah really they can.”

“Can you quote me on that? They can blow me, I think that's one of the commandments,” he quipped.

Blake's comments echo his response a few weeks ago when he hit back at the Church's adulterous claims and backlash for his support of gay marriage, tweeting: “Hey @WBCSays.. This isn't about God. It's about me using this opportunity to make y'all look like the absolute complete dips**ts you are.”

Blake and Miranda met in 2005, a year before he divorced Kaynette, and they finally married in 2011.
