The Jonas Brothers have fuelled speculation that they are heading for a split after appearing to delete their Twitter page, which comes just after the popular American band cancelled their tour with just days to spare.
The Grammy nominees, who have clocked up four top 10 albums on the Billboard charts, used to have a joint Twitter account to keep their fans updated on important band-related news however it appears to have been made inactive this week with the notice: “Sorry, that page doesn't exist!” in its place when using the @JonasBrothers Twitter handle.

While brothers Nick, 21, Joe, 24, and Kevin, 25, still have their individual accounts, none of the members have tweeted since earlier this month adding fuel to the claims of a “deep rift” within the band.
The 'Burnin' Up' hitmakers surprised fans last week when they cancelled their US and Canadian tour two days before it was due to kick off on October 11 in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. However, a source claimed the band had “creative differences” and couldn't decide on which direction to take their music.
“Once they realised they couldn't agree on music, it became a question of, 'Why would we go out on tour right now?' Their thought process was to get everything straight in terms of the creative. It was not a small thing [to call off the tour].

“They'll sit and hash it out. This is more of an existential question for them: What will the music sound like? What's the right look?" What is the very essence of Jonas Brothers?”
Their spokesman Jesse Derris says that it's more than a feud about the future of their music, telling People magazine: “There is a deep rift within the band. There was a big a disagreement over their music direction.”
