Miley Cyrus' home was broken into on Friday and it's been speculated that the engagement ring, given to her by ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth could well be amongst the items stolen.
According to TMZ the break in took place at the Wrecking Ball star's home in Studio City, Los Angeles, with around $100,000 worth of jewels and high end accessories taken. But was her engagement ring amongst them?
While Miley and Liam broke up in September after four years together, it's believed she kept the 3.5 carat cushion diamond ring that he popped the question with last Summer. The Hunger Games hunk reportedly customed designed the ring, from fav celeb jewellery designer Neil Lane. The hand-cut vintage diamond was from the 1890s.

“He wanted something really romantic and beautiful," Lane told the New York Daily News last year.
"It's really romantic, so she'll always remember the day he gave it to her."
According to RadarOnline Liam wanted Miley to keep the jewel: “[He] wants Miley to keep the ring. He wouldn’t ask for it back. Liam told Miley to keep it and do with it what she wanted. He told her to keep it as a memento of their love affair,”

Miley still managed to have a good weekend though. Not only did she turn 21 with a twerk filled party on Sunday night she also performed at this year's American Music Awards.
