Emma Watson might have herself a brand spanking new boyfriend in the shape of Oxford student Matthew Janney, but it looks like she's setting up home across the pond as the Harry Potter star is said to be house hunting in New York.
The actress, who was spotted jetting into the Big Apple, has reportedly been spotted house hunting on the Upper East Side in a building where apartments are selling for $15 million.
The 23 year-old, according to the New York Post, Page Six was spotted checking out properties in the city and was particularly taken by the pricey building. Watson is used to splitting her life between the US and the UK.

Not only does she spend time in the States for work, she's also studied at Brown University, Rhode Island as well as Oxford University. We wonder what the new purchase will mean for her blossoming relationship with Oxford University student Matthew Janney?
The couple went public with their romance during a loved up trip to the Caribbean earlier this year and have already got the seal of approval from Matthew's unofficial guardian, Coralie Day (she and her husband took in Matthew after he lost both of his parents to cancer).

“We are thrilled to bits that he is seeing Emma Watson. We are looking forward to meeting her soon,” Coralie told The Mirror.
“Hats off to her for finding such a wonderful young man. There is nothing bad anyone could say about Matt. He is absolutely lovely,” Coralie added
