Was the questioning out of line?

Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter to vent her frustration over the “f***ing desperate” Australian television show that interviewed her.

The 29-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star conversed with Sunrise via satellite on Monday, a morning programme based in Oz.

According to Radar Online, host Samantha Armytage asked Khloe an “unauthorised” question about her sister Kim’s daughter with Kanye West, baby North West. And when she answered the inquiry, the line mysteriously went dead.

Sunrise then attributed the dropped satellite session to Khloe’s publicists pulling the plug on the interview.

But Khloe fired back at these claims, writing on her Twitter account: “Why would I cut an interview short because of North? Get over your self Sunrise... The call dropped... stop reaching for a story (sic)”

Minutes later she insulted the shows cast and crew with even more severity, tweeting: “You are so f***ing desperate!”

She capped off her Sunrise rant with a joke: “Sorry KhloMoney took my phone.”

The PR war seemed to have ended on a decent note, however, as Sunrise executive producer Michael Pell took to the micro-blogging site with words of peace over the situation, admonishing media colleagues: “What happened with @khloekardashian on the show is a good lesson for publicists everywhere. Don't try to censor natural conversation.”

The controversy began when Sunrise host Samantha asked Khloe about North while they were discussing the Kardashian Kollection’s new line of lingerie and baby clothes.

“I guess the baby line is inspired by nieces and nephews starting to arrive,” Samantha said commented to Khloe, before asking: “How’s baby North going?”

Khloe replied, “North is fabulous and she’s so beautiful,” but before she could finish speaking the interview dropped.
