Victoria Beckham Reveals Post-Baby Weight Loss Routine

Victoria Beckham worked out seven days a week and made sure that she stayed "super healthy" so that she could be in shape by New York Fashion Week following her pregnancy.

The mother-of-four gave birth to Harper Seven in July and showcased her new range at New York Fashion Week just three months after her daughter's birth but the Victoria made sure that she lost her baby weight before the show.

In an interview with Elle magazine, the 37-year-old said: "Oh, listen, I worked at it. I was breast-feeding, so I ate super healthy, and I worked out seven days a week. I wanted to burn all my leggings - I was adamant that by the time I went to fashion week I would be able to wear clothes."

Victoria, who also has three sons, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, nine, and six-year-old Cruz, with David also revealed that her footballer husband refused her desire for pet cats.

"When I was pregnant, I just wanted to get lots and lots of animals, for some reason," she said. "We talked about cats, but David said absolutely not."

The couple did however manage to get a new dog called Scarlett.
