Jennifer Lopez has revealed her struggle to bond with her babies Max and Emme following the twins' birth four years ago.
The 'What To Expect When You're Expecting' actress realised that she hadn't naturally bonded with her son and daughter just weeks after their arrival.
In an interview with Redbook magazine, the 42-year-old said: "I remember after the babies were born, about seven to 10 days in, I was like, 'What is going on with me?
"I felt sad and depressed and thought the babies didn't love me." JLo also revealed that it was the help guide that really helped her get through that low point explaining why she felt the way she did.
She recalled: "I actually remember picking up the book to try to see what was happening to me, and it said how you have this huge hormonal drop about seven to 10 days after you give birth. It's called the 'baby blues.' But I just thought [the twins] didn't like me!"
Jen has now split from the twins' father Marc Anthony, who she was married to for seven years, and is now said to be thinking of marrying her backing dancer Casper Smart after six months of dating.
