Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun has defended the teen idol's bad behaviour claiming that he is just being a “kid” and that it is nothing to do with her teen heartthrob status.
The 'Boyfriend' star has been acting out over the last few months and has turned from angelic faced teeny bopper to full on bad boy, but according to his long suffering manager it is nothing to worry about.
Referring to the his bad behaviour of the set of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation where he was labelled a “brat” by bosses, Braun told Rolling Stone magazine: “The producer gets on (the phone) - he's a stuffy dude, and he's like, 'Justin is incredibly unprofessional. He put his hand in a cake, he locked me in a closet...”
Defending the Biebs' behaviour he went on: "I said, 'Let me ask you a question. When he locked you in the closet, did you tell him you were angry?'
“He goes, 'No, I needed him to work, so I laughed.' And I said, 'So he saw you acknowledge his joke and say it's OK? Then you're more to blame than him. He's a kid - he's waiting for someone to tell him where the limits are.”
The pop stars antics didn't go down well on set and Braun claimed he was “stunned” by negative reports because he had been told JB had behaved well.
In recent months Justin has been involved in a scuffle with police, speeding on the freeway in the US, slamming fans for being “disrespectful” when approaching him at an airport for autographs.
But his manager is clear it is just JB acting like a “kid” not because of his fame.
"At the end of the day, even in his most selfish moments you just need to point out that he's being selfish,” Scooter explained.
“He's more embarrassed about it than anything. When he's being a p**ck, he's not being a p**ck because he's famous. He's being a p**ck because he's a kid."
Is Bieber harmless or should the teen idol learn to behave?
