Kate Moss recently revealed that her hubby Jamie Hince 'would go mental if she dressed like a wife,' and now the rocker himself has spoken up about his passion for fashion, and how he bagged a supermodel.
The 43-year-old musician spoke to Esquire magazine for their September issue, and talks about his love of clothes, saying he can't stand trainers and admits to feeling incredibly awkward at fashion shows.
The Kills band member said: “The show thing I find awkward. Why am I sitting there in the front row, unless I’m with my wife.”
''If I’m sitting on my own it taps into my uptight male side, where it’s like, “What am I doing here? It’s f***ing stupid.”’
Jamie is renowned for his style credentials, his signature pieces including skinny jeans, tailored jackets and ankle boots. The rocker looked particularly dapper on his wedding day to Kate in July 2012, Gloucestershire, when he wore a stylish pale blue Yves Saint Laurent suit.
''I just know what I like,'' he says of his personal style.
''I love that real old English thing, like Richard E Grant in Withnail and I. What a brilliant look – a high-waisted girl’s coat with pleats!''
Jamie and Kate, 38, have just moved into an £8million mansion in Highgate, North London, after waiting over a year for renovations to be completed. Looks like they can finally live their happy ever after...
