Peaches Geldof tied the knot last weekend with beau Thomas Cohen infront of her friends and family but the TV personality had admitted the biggest presence on the day came from that of her late mother Paula Yates, who she felt, was “watching over” the couple as they married.
The 23-year-old, who has a four month baby with Cohen, married her beau at the St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence Church in Kent, following in the footsteps of her mother who wed her father, Sir Bob Geldof there 25 years ago.
It was also where the late TV presenters funeral was held in 2000 following her death. Speaking of her mother's role on her big day, Peaches told Hello: "Mum loved family celebrations and she would adore Tom and the fact that we've married here."
"I feel her presence all the time but especially today," she revealed. "I know that she is watching over me and feeling so happy for us."
Peaches' three sisters FiFi, Pixie and Tiger were bridesmaids at the service, which Peaches said was just as important for her son as for the couple.

"I know it might seem old-fashioned to some people but I love that Astala will know that his parents are together and have taken the vows we've taken today,” she explained.
Billed as "a country wedding meets Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream", the service included the couple's golden retriever puppy acting as ring bearer and edible pig characters on their blue and white wedding cake, with the reception taking place at Peaches' 60 year-old father's nearby country estate, Davington Priory.

It is the second marriage for Peaches, who announced her engagement to Cohen in December last year.
Speaking of her husband she said: "I've married the most wonderful man who I know loves me beyond anything, through all my faults."
We hope they are very happy together!
