After having his name dragged through the mud by his best pal Bubba The Love Sponge, Hulk Hogan has declared their friendship is definately "over".
The WWE star finally finalised his lawsuit filed against his former pal this week after weeks of legal wrangling over his leaked sex tape.
Hulk Hugan sent shockwaves through Hollywood when an X-rated tape of himself engaging in sexual activities with Bubba's then-wife Heather Clem surfaced online.
Taking to Twitter, Hulk assured his followers that his friendship with Bubba is officially dead, writing: "Just for the record, Bubba and I are NOT friends and never will be friends,we are NOT friends. HH."
Although Bubba had speculated Hulk shopped the seedy video himself during an interview with Howard Stern, Hogan has filed documents to sue Bubba, Heather Clem and another lawsuit against Gawker Media, claiming that it was filmed without his knowledge.
Bubba later penned a letter obtained by TMZ retracting his initial accusations: "It is my belief that Hulk is not involved, and has not ever been involved, in trying to release the video, or exploit it, or otherwise gain from the video's release in any way," Bubba wrote in the letter.
He continued: "[I'm] committed to helping Hulk and his attorneys find whoever is responsible for the release of the tape."
