Russell Brand has confessed that he wants to star in the seventh 'Star Wars' movie.
The British comedian reportedly told The Sun that that he was hoping to star in the movie, which was announced following Disney’s recent acquisition of the franchise, as a legacy for his future children.
“Why wasn’t I invited to play Darth Vader?” Brand joked. “I’d do anything like that – to be a Jedi for the children. As yet unborn.”
Disney has reportedly bought Lucasfilm from George Lucas for a whopping $4.05 billion, and 'Star Wars Episode 7' is set to be released in 2015.
Harrison Ford has already said that he’d love to return to 'Star Wars', and Carrie Fisher has admitted that she would like to play Princess Leia.
