Justin Bieber has premiered the artwork for his upcoming Believe Acoustic album which is due to be released in January.

The artwork, which sees the 'Beauty and a Beat' singer, holding a guitar while looking into the distance, confirms Justin is releasing an album similar to 2010's My Worlds Acoustic, featuring stripped down versions of tracks from his latest album Believe, including 'Boyfriend' and 'As Long As You Love Me.'

Alongside the CD artwork, Justin tweeted: "January 2013...spread the word."

The 18-year-old announced to fans earlier this month via Twitter that he is currently recording the stripped down tracks in the studio, writing: "Been writing alot...new stuff...and yeah. the acoustic album, new arrangements, is happening... #withdankanter."

It appears the acoustic record will have a lot more to offer than guitar-led tracks, with reports that Ed Sheeran will be featuring on the album.

"I love tweeting people right next to me @edsheeran @ToriKelly hashtag just saying," Justin wrote alongside a photo of Sheeran in the studio.

"Not gonna lie. There is magic in the studio tonight. Truly honoured to be here. Now back to the jokes."
