Harry Styles: 'People's Opinions Don't Change What I Think'

We're sure Taylor will be glad to hear it

Harry Styles may only be 18-year-old but since becoming a member of One Direction, the curly-haired cutie has revealed that the last two whirlwind years of his life have taught him things he probably would be none the wiser of at the age of 28.

According to the 1D singer himself, he’s been given a crash course is becoming much wiser and is now less concerned with what people think about him.

"If I hadn't done this, I don't think I could learn in 10 years what I've learnt in the last two,” the 'Live While We’re Young' singer told Now magazine.

Adding: "To a certain degree, that you have to think about other people, as well as looking after yourself."

And Harry has cretainly stayed true to his word after treating his girlfriend Taylor Swift to a £100,000 birthday gift as well as taking her mum Andrea on a recent shopping trip.

Since having his relationship with the country starlet catapulted into the limelight, it seems the heartthrob has also learnt a vital lesson about not being able to please all of his adoring fans.

"If you didn't, you'd drive yourself crazy, you have to realise you can't please everyone - it just doesn't work," Harry added.

"There has to come a point where you step back and do something for yourself. 'I have decided not to let other people's opinions change what I think."

Wise words, Harry!
