X Factor finalists Union J are on a mission to take the music scene by storm in 2013 and it seems they don't believe Louis Walsh is the right man to take on the task, with reports claiming the boy band are considering hiring JLS singer Oritse Williams as their manager.

The four-piece, who finished fourth in this year's X Factor competition, are said to be in talks over whether to hire Louis Walsh, who mentored them during the show, to manage their career.

According to The Sun, 'Hottest Girl In The World' singer Oritse, who founded former X Factor contestants JLS and currently manages up and coming girl group Vida, is also in the running for the coveted spot as they believe he has his finger on the pulse more so than 60-year-old Louis.

"The boys had a massive wobble over Louis Walsh," an insider told the newspaper.

"Louis has management experience but Oritsé has youth and the knowledge of being in their shoes on his side. People think Louis is past it for a band like this."

Union J are tipped for big things next year after signing a record contract with Sony, alongside Ella Henderson and runner-up Jahmene Douglas who also inked a deal with the label after leaving the ITV1 talent show.

The boys are no doubt hoping to emulate the success of One Direction, who were also manufactured on The X Factor, and have gone on to enjoy success in both the UK and US.
