Kim Kardashian doesn't have to worry about shifting the baby weight quite yet but in a few months she'll probably be following older sister Kourtney's lead, who's lost an incredible 45lbs in just six months, since giving birth to daughter Penelope Scotland.
The eldest Kardashian sister and mum of two has been sharing her weight loss secrets in the new issue of Us Weekly, even showing off her bikini body on the mag's cover.
The cover image and photo spread are untouched and un-photoshopped by the magazine but that doesn't stop Kourt from looking amazing! As she poses poolside in Miami, the setting for her new reality show with Kim, Kourtney is seen posing in a skimpy yellow bikini and natural makeup.
The 33-year-old admits in the interview that "it was harder to lose weight the second time around," admitting that she "gained 45 pounds with Penelope."
The busy mum of Mason, 3 and Penelope credits trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson for helping her regain her pre-baby body. Now a lean 106 pounds, the 5-foot star says Anderson's 90-minute dance-focused workouts supplemented with small portion sizes helped her slim down in record time.
Kourt also reveals Kim is her favourite workout buddy: "There are times when I’d say, ‘I’ll wake up at 9 when everyone else is getting up.’"
"But she’d be like, ‘We’re working out.’ If one of us isn’t in the mood, we push each other. I think we motivate each other to eat well too.”
Kourtney confessed that her healthy attitude was completely different to her approach after havign Mason in 2009, admitting she went on an unhealthy crash diet. “I was comparing myself to other people and putting all this pressure on myself. I was working out and I wasn’t eating enough. I definitely pushed myself too hard.”
