Lil Wayne is no stranger to controversy – so latest reports circulating that the Young Money rapper launched into a foul-mouthed rant at several NBA stars in public comes as no surprise, if proven to be true.
According to multiple eyewitnesses, the 30-year-old is claimed to have hurled highly offensive comments at key player from basketball team the Miami Heat while he attended the Stereo Live in Houston during the NBA All-Star weekend.
One Twitter user named Shaheem Reid was quick to relay onto the social networking site that the New Orleans-born rap star lead a string of abusive chants within earshot of revellers.

"Wayne leading "f**k the NBA" and "f**k The Miami Heat" chants. "F**k LeBron, f**k 'she wade!!" Reid claims to have heard Lil Wayne shout.
It's been speculated that Lil Wayne's alleged rants stem from an altercation with the NBA team in which the star was embarrassingly thrown out of a building during their warm-up match against the LA Lakers.
"The NBA banned me from all NBA events... Because the Miami Heat told them to ban me," Reid also quoted Lil Wayne as allegedly screaming.
Meanwhile, fellow Twitter user Karen Civil tweeted that she later heard the rapper make claims he bedded Miami Heats star Chris Bosh's wife as she took to her Twitter page to allege Lil boasted: "F**k the heat, f**k Lebron, f**k shewayde and I f**ked Chris Bosh wife."
Lil Wayne's rumoured outburst comes just days after he was slammed for making disrespectful comments about murdered teen Emmett Till, who was beaten and shot to death during the Civil Rights era in 1955, in his leaked single 'Karate Chop'.
