Miranda Lambert was the big winner at last night's Association of Country Music Awards (ACMs) in Las Vegas, scooping a trio of trophies as the ceremony welcomed big names like Taylor Swift, Shania Twain and Sheryl Cole.
Miranda followed up her success from last year at the annual gongs by scooping the awards for Female Vocalist of the Year as well as Single Record of The Year for her tune Over You. The singer also won the Song of the Year prize for the same tune, sharing the award with her husband, and the show's co-host, Blake Shelton who co-wrote the tune.

Whilst Taylor Swift missed out on an award, despite five nominations, the starlet did bag the prize for best dressed on the red carpet showing up in a stunning chain-mail style gown.
Meanwhile country's other top lady Shania Twain made her return to the ACM stage after a decade away from the ceremony. The country singer, who presented the top prize of Entertainer of the Year to co-host Luke Bryan, teamed her black strapless dress with over-the-knee boots and some wild hair.
Other stars to grace the Vegas red carpet included ACM veterans Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, American Idol judge Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow and the legendary Stevie Wonder.
